1. Information we collect

This may include the order contact, mainland China mobile number, delivery region and full address, order notes, purchased products, and payment status. For bespoke enquiries, we may receive dimensions, intended use, images, or other details you choose to provide.
2. How information is used
We use this information to confirm orders, validate stock and amounts, complete payment, arrange making and delivery, send necessary notices, handle returns or repairs, prevent fraud, and protect the service. We will not use order contact details for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
3. Service providers
Where payment, mainland-China delivery, email, or text notifications are required, necessary information may be shared with the payment institution, carrier, or infrastructure provider actually involved. They should process it only to the extent needed to provide that service.
4. Cookies & logs
The storefront may use a cookie for language preference, while administration and checkout may use cookies to maintain secure sessions. Servers record necessary timestamps, request identifiers, and device or network security information for troubleshooting, access control, and abuse prevention. Logs should not contain passwords, full payment credentials, or full delivery addresses.
5. Retention & protection
Information is retained for the periods needed for fulfilment, aftercare, accounting, and legal obligations. Access controls, encrypted transport, backups, and operational audits are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
6. Your rights
Where applicable law permits, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant personal information, or withdraw consent-based processing. Some order records may need to remain for fulfilment, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
7. Contact
For a privacy request, contact the atelier through the bespoke enquiry route and provide enough information to verify the relevant order or request. We will not ask you to send a password or full payment credentials in an ordinary message.
