TERMS
Terms of Service
Last updated · August 28, 2026
1. Product information
We aim to present names, materials, dimensions, colours, prices, stock, and making times accurately. Screens can render colour differently, while natural leather has individual grain, tonal variation, and reasonable marks that do not make the description inaccurate.
2. Orders & pricing
Submitting an order does not by itself mean the atelier has accepted the transaction. The system revalidates product status, price, and stock, and processing begins only after payment is confirmed and the order remains active. For an obvious technical pricing or stock error, we will contact you and arrange a refund or another agreed resolution.
3. Making & delivery
Ready-to-ship, pre-order, and bespoke pieces have different lead times. Dates shown or discussed are reasonable estimates and may change because of material supply, making adjustments, public holidays, weather, or the carrier. We will try to notify you of a material delay. V1 delivery is limited to valid mainland China addresses.
4. Bespoke pieces
Before making begins, dimensions, leather, colour, construction, monogramming, price, and estimated timing should be confirmed. Once approved work has started, cancellation or changes based on preference may incur material and labour costs. Personalised pieces will usually not qualify for change-of-mind returns.
5. Returns & repairs
Incorrect items, transit damage, or making defects are handled according to applicable law and the aftercare policy. Unauthorised disassembly, unsuitable cleaning, soaking, direct sun, chemical exposure, overloading, or normal wear may fall outside complimentary aftercare.
6. Content & intellectual property
Unless expressly permitted, product designs, writing, photography, graphics, and page content are provided only for browsing and purchase decisions. They may not be copied in bulk, used commercially, or republished as if issued by the atelier.
7. Service changes
We may update products, pages, and terms for maintenance, security, supply, or business reasons. A later terms update will not retrospectively reduce rights that applicable law gives to an order already formed.
